From rock to blues to county and soul, Lecia Louise embraces her musical diversity with accomplished virtuosity, not only as a guitarist but also as a multi-instrumentalist and singer. Lecia’s musical journey has taken her on tours to Hong Kong, The USA, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Italy, The Netherlands, The UK, New Zealand, Singapore and across the length and breadth of her home, Australia.
...As a result of her single release “My Everything” and it’s storming run to Number 1 on the Triple J Unearthed Charts across ALL genres, she has continued to mesmerise audiences in her sell out shows.
Having performed at many festivals such as Blues on Broadbeach, Tamworth, Woodford Folk Festival, Woodford’s Dreaming Festival, Mullumbimby festival, Sunshine Rock and Blues Festival, Airlie Beach Music Festival, The Deni Ute Muster and more, Lecia has also enjoyed passing on her knowledge through workshops and music lessons and was selected as a tutor and key performer at the Adelaide International Guitar Festival in 2022.
Lecia has shared the bill with some of the greats, such as James Morrison, The Black Sorrows, Thirsty Merc, Jon Stevens, Grinspoon, The Baby Animals, Killing Heidi, Phil Emmanuel, Daryl Braithwaite and many more.

Lecia’s career commenced with a Bachelor of Popular Music with Honors in 2004 and she has continued to be a highly sought-after session guitarist ever since as well as being an acclaimed performing artist in her own right. On her decision to choose music as her profession Lecia says “As a creative individual, the ability to write, record and perform my own songs is an incredibly rewarding experience. As a qualified teacher I also get to share my musical journey with a wide range of
students. I especially love doing master classes and workshops and see the next generation of musicians growing into potential music professionals of the future.”
Lecia is currently recording her next releases and has some singles soon to be released. She has a growing discography spanning from 2005 to now, which include full releases and singles. In 2018, Lecia undertook a project, “Live at Serotonin” which captured Lecia and her band performing an all original repertoire. Being received well by both fans and critics, Lecia’s live profile was then boosted by a COVID-19 special release, ‘Live in Germany’, during the global shutdown, which featured her ‘one woman band’ set up.

Awesome…” – Triple J Unearthed In 2016, Lecia released her EP ‘Per Te’, which featured the award winning track, ‘Individual’ which charted at #1 position for 3 weeks on the JJJ unearthed charts. It was also awarded first place in Griffith’s ‘Out of the blue’ competition. ‘Per Te’ includes the singles, ‘Shock Me’ and ‘For You’, which had film clips produced by Dan Macarthur (The Waifs, Powderfinger, John Butler Trio). The songs were produced by Jeff Lovejoy (Kate Miller-Heidke, Powderfinger, Regurgitator, Resin Dogs) and Lecia, at Blackbox Studios in Brisbane Australia.
